Turkey Stuffing

Cook in a rice steamer:
3/4 c wild rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 c water
1 tbsp chicken fat

sautee in 4 tbsp chicken fat until soft but not mushy:
2 onions, small and thinly diced
2 carrots
2 stalks of celery
4 cloves garlic

combine the vegetables with the rice and add:
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp curry

Then stuff up the butt of a turkey before roasting the turkey.  Remove from the turkey and serve.
