Thai-ish stir fry
Marinade/sauce:
1 c peanut butter
1/2 bottle hoisin sauce
1 bulb garlic
~3 hot peppers
about a 1" cube of ginger, diced
1/3 c rooster sauce
low salt soy sauce, about 1/3 c
2 packages tofu - press for at least 15 minutes to get water out. Rub
in marinade and let sit for 15-30 minutes.
6 chicken breasts - rub in marinade, let sit for 15-30 minutes
Grill tofu ~5-8 minutes in george foreman grill
Cook chicken breasts 10 minutes each on george foreman grill
1 package of 8 servings of rice noodles, cook
Mix remaining marinade with 1 can coconut milk and simmer until
boiling. Add noodles and turn off heat.

1 c peanuts, diced - fry in olive oil ~3 minutes
1 can bamboo shoots, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
fry ~5 minutes until water is out, getting kinda crispy. Stir
regularly.
Add 2 packages sugar snap peas
