Mediterranean style Shish kabob 7/10
a) 1.5 green bell peppers
1.5 yellow bell peppers
1.5 red bell peppers
1 med. onion
3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
b) 3-4 potatoes
c) 1/2 c vinegar
1/3 c olive oil
juice from 2 lemons
1.5 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 c melted butter or chicken fat
1) Cut up and steam potatoes about 20 minutes
2) Cut up (a)
3) Combine (c)
4) Cover (a) and (b) with (c).
5) Grill.

Notes: This is pretty good but I may need to think of a more honest name. I'm not sure if there's anything really
Mediterranean, but it is one of those light but filling meals that leaves you happy.
