Lemon pepper kabobs with couscous

3 chicken breasts, tenderized and sliced into pieces

Marinade:
1 c non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
zest from one lemon
1.5 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bulb garlic, crushed

Marinate chicken in yogurt marinade for at least 30 minutes.  Put on skewers.  Then grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning at least once.

Veggies:
1 bell pepper, cut into kabob sized pieces
1 yellow onion, cut into kabob sized pieces
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Put on skewers.  Roast approximately 8 minutes, turning at least once.

Couscous:
1 onion
1/4 c butter
1/2 bulb garlic, crushed
3 cups fozen peas
3 c chicken broth
2.5 c couscous

Sautee onion and garlic in butter on low heat for approximately 30 minutes.  Add peas and heat until peas are warm.  Add chicken broth and heat until boiling.  Add couscous.  Let sit until chicken and veggies are done.
