Grilled Lemon-Garlic Parsley chicken 8/10

Mix these spices:
    1/2 c fresh diced parsley
    1 tbsp pepper
    1 tbsp salt
    6-8 cloves crushed garlic

Cut 3 large or 4.5 small chicken breasts into thin pieces to make about 12 pieces.
heat up about 2-3 tbsp oil in a frying pan to about 400F.
rub about 1.5 tsp of the spice mixture on one side of each breast.
put chicken spiced-side down on the grill
sprinkle remaining spices on the chicken
cut up 2 lemons - squirt the juice from one on the top side
cook until the side being cooked is pleasantly browned
flip
sprinkle the browned side with 1.5 tsp of grated fontina cheese and the juice from the other lemon.
Cook until pleasantly browned and cooked through.

Notes:  You must use fresh parsley.  I did this specifically because I had fresh parsley to use.
