Granola bars

Originally more or less from this recipe
4 1/2 c oats
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 c butter
1/2 c clover honey
2 c chocolate chips
2 c raisins
1 c peanut butter

mix all of the above.  Bake for ~20 minutes at 325 until they are slightly golden.

Note - these crumbled a lot.  I may try adding a bit of water next time.

Variation - no flour.  Seems better.  Also can add other fruit.  Put in a 13.5"x9" pan with a layer of waxed paper on the bottom and a layer of waxed paper on the top.  Compress to squeeze out air bubbles before baking.
