Garlic Naan

1 tbsp yeast
1 c water
1 egg
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp milk
1.5 tsp salt
1.2 bulb garlic, crushed or diced
about 3.5 c flour
Olive oil

Mix everything but the flour together.  Add flour until a soft dough forms.  Let rise 1 hr.  Form into 8 balls.  Let rise for 30 minutes.  While rising start the grill.  Add wood smoking chips if desired.  Roll one ball out on a floured board and oil one side.

The technique here is a little tricky since the bread can slide through the grill.  I used a vegetable grilling basket for the first side, oiled the top (unoiled side) and flipped the basket over to turn it for the second round.  After the second round, I moved the bread to the top rack, the lighter side down, where it stayed for two more iterations.  Each iteraction was about 1.5-2 minutes.
