Cowboy Beef Stew

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
flour
1 cup broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon savory
Pinch of oregano
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon parsley

Saute onion in butter.  Dust beef pieces with flour, add to onion and brown thoroughly,  Stir in the broth.  Season with salt, pepper, savory and oregano.  Simmer for one hour until meat is tender.  Add worcestershire, mustard, and lemon juice and cook 10 minutes more.  Add parsley and serve.
