Corned Beef Hash

2 pounds cooked corn beef, chopped
4 boiled potatoes, chopped
1 small onion, minced
salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup cream

Mix corned beef and freshly cooked potatoes.  There should be twice as much corned beef as potatoes.  Add salt and pepper and onion.  Fry in butter in a very hot, heavy skillet.  Reduce heat and cook slowly, adding creanm now and then to keep moist.  Brown the top under a broiler or turn bottom-side-up on a platter.
