My changes:
Add 1 cup peanut butter when mixing the wet ingredients. Instead of measuring the flour, add flour until you get the right consistency
(roughly that of playdough.) Use 1 tbsp vanilla extract. Add 1 tbsp almond extract, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of cloves, and a
(small) pinch of nutmeg. Vanilla or butterscotch chips are also a nice addition.
