Chicken Shawarma

From the NYT with a few changes

Marinate ~2 lbs chicken thighs in:

Juice from 2 lemons

1/2 c olive oil

1 bulb crushed garlic

1 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp tumeric

a pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp red pepper flakes

Roast at about 450F in oven, turning frequently, until done
