Chicken tacos 8/10
When those are done, grill on medium heat in a little bit of olive oil until lightly browned:
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" thick cubes
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp vinegar
(try adding other mixed ground chilis too for richer flavor)
Serve with corn orflour tortillas, guacamole, salsa (salsa verde is
EXCELLENT,) and cheese (cheddar, gouda, or Mexican quesa fresca work
well.)

Notes: These are quicker but
less exciting than the other fajita recipe. However, they do not
require any prep work the night before. Homemade flour tortillas go
best.
