Bulgur wheat

1 package (~3 cups) bulgur wheat
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
4 cups broth
1.5 tsp salt
about 5 cloves garlic
onions or green onions, diced
olive oil

Start soaking the bulgur wheat in warm water.

If you used green onions, sautee the tops in olive oil for about 4 minutes.  Separate.

Sautee the rest of the onions with the garlic for 4-5 minutes in olive oil.  Add the tomato sauce.  Rinse the wheat and then add it.  Add the broth & salt.  Bring water to a boil then reduce heat.  Simmer until all of the liquid is absorbed - about 20-30 minutes.
